authority & intentions
I, Mark Venzke, the publisher and editor of this site, am a dedicated, conscientious, responsible and native-born United States citizen who is entitled to and who claims all of the rights and protections of the United States Constitution--including the right of free speech that guarantees the right to publish this site.
Through the content of this site, I advocate the restoration of Constitutional governance and the rule of law in the United States through legal and non-violent means so long so those means exist or could realistically be reinstated to avoid a descent into clear, obvious and intractable tyranny or to avoid large-scale subjugation, death or destruction. I advocate legislative rescinding of laws that are fundamentally unconstitutional and the abatement of the claiming and use of powers not delegated to leaders, departments and governments. I further advocate political, economic and social self-determination and respect for universal standards of human rights in all other countries.
Our citizens must restore through lawful and non-violent processes the integrity of the democratic organs and processes of our government. Our government leaders must reinvest in the majority of our citizens trust in electing leaders and trust in questioning, criticizing and petitioning--rightly and wrongly--our elected and appointed leaders. That is, our government must reinstate governance "...of, by and for the people...."
Any attempt to alter this site; to restrict universal, free and public access to it or to destroy it and any attempt to interfere in the communications or to threaten, jeopardize or affect the well being of any anyone involved in developing and delivering the content of this site would be an attack not only on this site and those people but also on the United States Constitution and the liberties enshrined in it. Any such attempts to control or harm people and to interfere with their expressions would be greater threats to national security than any inaccurate or objectionable expressions that they may utter. Anyone involved in such activities are traitors to their country. Top legal scholars in the United States assert that draconian security laws that violate the Constitution should not apply to Americans. The remedies for objectionable or inaccurate free speech are (A) appeals to the the utterer of the objectionable or inaccurate expression to change it and (B) the utterance of alternate expressions.
